Life depends on soil. We need soil to grow our crops. Without crops, we would have no fruits, vegetables, or food for cattle. And without food for cattle, we would have no cheeseburgers.
It’s as simple as that. No soil, no burgers.
We also need soil to grow trees and grass in our yards and parks. Come to think of it, we wouldn’t have baseball fields without soil.
